At Kolachi Bakers, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality bakery items, sweets, and dairy products. Due to the perishable nature of our products, our refund and return policy is designed to ensure fairness for both our customers and our business.
1. No Return Policy (Perishable Items)
All our products are perishable and made fresh daily, therefore:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered or picked up
- Customers are requested to check their order at the time of delivery or pickup
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds or replacements only in the following cases:
- Wrong item delivered
- Missing items in your order
- Product received is damaged or spoiled
- Quality issue (e.g., stale or not fresh)
To be eligible:
- You must report the issue within 2 hours of receiving the order
- Proof (photo/video) may be required
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after order confirmation
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Failed delivery due to customer unavailability
- Minor design or decoration differences (for custom cakes)
- Delay caused by external factors (traffic, weather, etc.)
4. Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be canceled before preparation has started
- Once the order is prepared or out for delivery, cancellation is not possible
- For customized or special orders, advance payments are non-refundable
5. Refund Process
If your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 3–5 working days
- The amount will be returned via:
- Original payment method, or
- Bank transfer / mobile wallet (if applicable)
